From the Heart of Naples to Your Local Community
'DriftBridgePaper' had a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Romano lineage, founders of our eatery in 1985, operated it as a quaint, family-managed venture, with recipes preserved across generations.
Marco Romano, the progenitor, mastered her pizza crafting skills during her excursion across Italy, taking lessons from renowned pizza masters in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Coming back to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to classic techniques and using the most refined materials.
What started as a simple 12-seater pizzeria has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem. Despite its growth, our dedication to the finest quality and genuineness stays intact. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough fresh daily, and procure top-tier ingredients.
Presently, 'DriftBridgePaper' is still under the ownership of the Romano kin, with its second generation steering our zealous team. While we've adopted certain modernities, our foundational ethos remains unaltered: to serve mouthwatering, authentic pizzas that unify our patrons.
